Affiliate and agency partner program terms
Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. The program
Zynta Flow (zyntaflow.com) is operated by Epic Digital Marketing & Tech LLC, headquartered at 6751 Forum Drive, Suite 240, Orlando, FL 32821, United States. These terms apply to anyone in the affiliate program or the agency partner program and add to the Terms of Service (zyntaflow.com/terms).
- Affiliate: earns 25% of what each referred client pays for the plan, for 12 calendar months from that client's first payment.
- Agency partner: earns 20% of what each referred client pays for the plan, for 36 calendar months from that client's first payment, plus a discount on its own plan by number of active clients (section 7).
Commission is paid in money. This is separate from the in-product referral that any account can use, which pays in credits and has its own rules.
2. How to join
You apply in the affiliate panel and Zynta approves or declines each application. Once approved, you get your referral link. Each participant's program and rate are recorded in the panel; a different deal applies only once Zynta records it.
3. How a client is linked to you
- Only through your link, at signup. The person opens your link and creates the account. The link's code is confirmed on the first sign-in, up to 7 days after signup, and only on an account that has no subscription yet.
- An account that already existed, or that signed up without your link, is not linked later at your request, with one exception:
- Exception: Zynta may link to you an account created up to 30 days earlier that has never paid, with the client's written consent, which is recorded. An account that has already paid is never linked, in any case.
- A client is linked to one partner only. A client already linked to someone does not change partner.
- The program is fixed at the client's first commission: a client who started under the affiliate program stays there, and the same goes for an agency. The client's rate and window (12 months for an affiliate, 36 for an agency) are fixed at that moment too: a later change to your rate applies to new clients only and does not change that client.
4. What commission is calculated on
- The amount the client is charged for the plan, without taxes (VAT, sales tax and the like) and after any coupon or discount, in US dollars.
- Stripe's processing fees, for processing the payment, are paid by Zynta and do not come out of your commission.
- A charge in another currency is measured by the US dollar amount Stripe reports.
- The free trial, a zero charge and one-time credit packs earn no commission.
5. Rate and term
- Affiliate: 25% for 12 calendar months from the client's first payment.
- Agency partner: 20% for 36 calendar months from the client's first payment.
- The window does not pause, in both programs: a client who cancels and comes back inside it earns again until the end of the same window, and months without payment do not extend it. An extra charge for a plan change earns on what was charged and does not use up a month of the window. An annual plan is split over the months it covers, in monthly instalments, and only months inside the window earn.
- Commission follows each paid charge of the client inside the window. No payment, no commission.
6. Hold, reversals and payouts
- Hold: each commission is held for 30 days after the charge, the window in which refunds and disputes appear. The instalments of an annual plan clear one per month.
- Reversals: a refund or a chargeback recorded in Stripe cancels the commission on that charge, in proportion to the amount returned. If the commission was already paid, the amount comes off your next payout. A chargeback reversed in Zynta's favour is reviewed by hand.
- Payouts: the balance that has cleared the hold is paid once it reaches US$ 50. Payouts are made by hand by the Zynta team, in batches, with no fixed date yet: by PIX against an invoice in Brazil, by international transfer elsewhere. The panel shows what is payable, on hold and already paid.
- Taxes: Zynta pays the commission amount. Invoices, tax filings and taxes on what you receive are your responsibility.
7. The agency partner discount
An agency partner gets a discount on its own plan by number of active clients:
- 1 client: 10%
- 2 clients: 18%
- 3 clients: 26%
- 4 clients: 34%
- 5 clients: 42%
- 6 or more clients: 50%
- An active client is a client linked to you on a paid plan with an active subscription (trial, late payment, paused or cancelled do not count). It starts counting once its first commission clears the hold and keeps counting after the 36 months.
- Cap: the discount never exceeds half of what your active clients pay per month.
- How it is applied: the panel shows the discount as calculated. Applying it to the agency's subscription is not automatic yet; until it is, Zynta agrees with the agency how and from when the discount applies.
8. What is not allowed
- Paid ads on the Zynta or Zynta Flow brand or close variations.
- Referring yourself: your own account, a second account, an account of your own company or someone who was already a client.
- Promoting a coupon or discount that does not exist.
- Spam: mass direct messages, bought email lists or WhatsApp groups.
- Fraud: made-up signups, someone else's card, or paying people to sign up.
A breach cancels the commission it produced and may end your participation in the program.
9. Changes and ending
Zynta may change these terms or the rates, or end the program, with 30 days' notice. A client who has already earned commission keeps the rate and window fixed at its first commission, for an affiliate and for an agency. You may leave the program at any time; the balance already cleared is still paid under section 6.
