Refund Policy

1. Overview
Zynta Flow is operated by RML Solutions LTDA, CNPJ 64.361.526/0001-80, headquartered in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Payments are processed by Stripe; refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Subscribers)
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. Email us at contato@zyntaflow.com with the email address on the account and we will issue the refund within 5β10 business days.

3. Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable by default. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
If a renewal is charged due to a clear error (for example, you cancelled before the renewal but were still charged), contact us within 30 days and we will resolve it.

4. Annual Plans
Annual plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial payment under the money-back guarantee in section 2. After that period, annual plans are not refundable. You can still cancel renewal at any time.
5. Credits Top-ups (One-time Purchases)
Credits purchased as one-time top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of them. Contact contato@zyntaflow.com to request.
6. Free Trial / Free Plan
The Free plan does not require payment, so refunds do not apply. If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan, the 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 applies starting from your first payment.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email contato@zyntaflow.com from the address on your account with:
- Your account email
- The order ID or transaction date (visible in the email receipt from Stripe)
- A short reason (helps us improve the product)
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved faster directly with us. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The version in effect when you made a purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
