Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zynta Flow ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by RML Solutions LTDA (CNPJ 64.361.526/0001-80), headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zynta Flow is a SaaS platform that helps creators, marketers, and agencies generate Instagram carousels and other social media content with the help of AI, manage brand guides and content calendars, and publish content to connected social accounts.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Plans: The Service is offered through subscription plans (Standard, Teams, Enterprise) billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Pricing is shown on the pricing page.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Seller and payment processor: The seller of record is RML Solutions LTDA. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under PCI DSS standards; we never store card numbers on our servers.

Taxes: Prices shown do not include sales tax, VAT, GST, or other consumption taxes that may apply based on your billing location. Where required, applicable taxes will be added at checkout or remitted by us as required by law.

Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Plans include a monthly allowance of credits used to generate AI content. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Unused credits at the end of a period are not refundable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Infringe intellectual property rights of any third party
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (brand assets, photos, copy) and the carousels generated from it. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

The Service uses AI models (including Claude by Anthropic) to generate suggestions and copy. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or sharing it. We make no guarantees that AI output is accurate, original, or fit for any specific purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and templates, is owned by Zynta Flow and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active.

The Service integrates with third parties (Instagram/Meta, Unsplash, etc.). When you connect an external account, you authorize us to interact with it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period (drafts have a plan-based expiration; see the dashboard).

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any specific requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynta Flow's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, MG, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
